Olla Stairs ("the app") is a stair-climbing game that works without an account. The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number.
Best scores, owned items (revives), unlocked themes, settings (parental lock), the post-fall rest timer, and whether the welcome revives were granted. This data stays on the device and is never sent to our servers. Deleting the app deletes it. If you enabled OS backup (Google Backup / iCloud), the OS may back it up.
The app shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch them. There are no forced ads. To serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK may process the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device information (model, OS version, language), coarse location (IP-based), and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks). The app requests non-personalized ads and limits ad content to the General (G) rating. See Google Advertising Policies and AdMob partners.
Turning on Parental Lock in Settings disables ads entirely; the ad SDK is not initialized.
If the app crashes, a crash report (device model, OS version, app version, error details) may be sent to Sentry. The app also records three anonymous usage events: app open, first fall, rewarded ad completed. None of this includes personal identifiers.
The app is rated for everyone and is not directed specifically at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and requests only non-personalized, G-rated ads.
Use "Erase all data" in Settings to delete on-device records immediately, or uninstall the app. There is no account, so there is no server-side account data to delete. Details: Data deletion.
